Helen Burke PLLC works individually with adults facing challenges associated with being human, including grief and loss, parenting or intimate relationship conflict, and life transitions. Burke believes that our struggles and strengths make sense when considered in the landscape of our lives, including experiences in our family of origin, formative life events and our societal/cultural sense of belonging or marginalization. Your story is not fixed. Counseling is an opportunity to reframe, retell and reclaim our stories as we work through healing, integration, and self-acceptance. Burke has specialized training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and models for working with bereavement and trauma.
