Kerry Grant MA, LMFT offers experiential, psychodynamic psychotherapy. Drawing from a variety of contemporary approaches including attachment theory, trauma theory, affective neuroscience, psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, parts work, and inner child work, Grant works together with his clients to help them solve problems while experiencing healing and transformative change. Anxiety, depression, life transitions, aging, trauma, loss, and relationship issues are addressed collaboratively, as clients are encouraged to access their own wisdom to make the changes they want for themselves and their relationships. In addition, Grant works with families who have a loved one with addiction issues, to help them influence their loved one toward positive change and improve the quality of their own lives.
